CANCELLATION POLICY
FREE CANCELLATION
- Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund (100%) if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
 - The refund will include the total amount paid, excluding any bank fees or external service charges if applicable.
 
Late cancellation
If the guest cancels less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, they will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount. Bank fees or external service charges will not be refunded.
NO SHOW
If the guest does not show up on the arrival date and has not previously notified us of their cancellation, no refund will be issued.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or other official communication channels.
 - Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of the confirmed cancellation.
 - This policy applies only to reservations made directly through our website.
 - Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the arrival date.
